Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble the furniture and place all components into the original shipping boxes, ensuring all hardware and instructions are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of each box in the shipment.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule

  Take your packaged items to the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup for larger freight items through our support team.
